Tutor's home I am sharing my honest and very disappointing experience with a language institute in Dwarka Sector 7.Before admission, they will try very hard to convince you. Everything will look perfect .. good environment, big promises, and you may feel like it’s the right place. But once you take admission, the reality is completely different. First of all, the class timings are not fixed at all. They do not follow students’ convenience. Instead, they call you for classes according to their own convenience , whenever they are reaching the institute, whenever they are free, or whenever they feel a class can be taken. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Secondly, they claim that each batch has 5–7 students, but in reality, sometimes there is only a single student. Also, students from different levels (A2, B1, B2) are taught together in the same class, which badly affects learning quality. At times, online and offline classes and even different level students are handled simultaneously, making everything very confusing. Another major issue is the teaching quality. The grammar explanations are often incorrect, and even basic things — which I already knew — were not clear to the teacher. When I pointed this out, her statements kept changing. One day she would explain something differently, and the next day she would come with a completely changed explanation after checking from home. This inconsistency made learning very unreliable. Lastly, when I raised these issues and requested a refund, it was not provided. That was extremely disappointing. This is my recent personal experience. Please, please do not enroll here without proper research. Think carefully before investing your time and money...I would recommend not to take admission here.. Stay aware and make the right decision.
