As we know that an atom contain nucleus ( positively charged) and electrons(negatively charged) due to opposite in nature of charge there always a force of attraction. Every mechanisam happening in an atom due distribution of energy as accordingly there is movement of electrons due to unequal distribution of it.so as a result electrons revolve to counter the centripetal force.

Everything in nature wants to be in balanced way.so when there is unbalance among protons and electrons atoms become unstable and to make it stable either... ...more
Firstly no one elements want to be like noble gases. Look at the periodic table the physical and chemical properties vary from elements to elements. Everything in nature wants to be in balanced way.so when there is unbalance among protons and electrons atoms become unstable and to make it stable either release/gain electron through bonding with self or other atom to keep no of proton and electron equal in number.
