Experience Description:

I am currently teaching as a tutor at a college under Delhi University, where I focus on creating an interactive and engaging classroom environment. I encourage students to ask questions and share their viewpoints, as their curiosity and participation help me explain topics with greater clarity and depth. When students add their own points during discussions, it allows me to strengthen their conceptual understanding and connect ideas more effectively.

Whenever some students find it difficult to understand a topic, I go back to the basics and explain the concepts in a simple and step-by-step manner. This reflects my strong skills in concept-building, communication, patience, and student mentoring, ensuring that every learner can grasp the subject clearly.

Along with my teaching experience, I have cleared the UGC-NET examination three times and am currently pursuing my PhD, which enhances my academic expertise and research-based teaching approach. I have also worked as a Field Investigator in various research projects, developing strong skills in fieldwork, data collection, and analytical thinking. In addition, I have earned more than 30 certificates in co-curricular and academic activities, highlighting my consistent dedication, leadership, and active engagement in the academic field.
