I have been practising Yoga for the last ten years. While practising, I saw a massive change in my body and mind. Lots of my stress, anxiety, and mood swings just disappeared. I started understanding my mind and emotions a lot better.
After seeing so many positive changes in myself, I thought that this ancient knowledge needed to be shared with other people. So, I did a 200-hour Yoga teacher training course with Cult to empower myself with more techniques to teach. I have been teaching Yoga to my friends and family part-time, but now I need to make teaching Yoga a mainstream activity in my life.
Before this significant shift in my life, I used to manage and work in my family's Graphic designing studio. My interest was in customized photography of food and products.
While working in the corporate world, I saw how people suffer from their health, mind, emotions, stress, tension and anxiety. So, I introduced a short Yoga session in our office and saw a massive change in the general well-being of our employees. Because of this, even their performance and efficiency had increased manifolds.
All these events have generated so much trust in Yoga for me, and this is one of the tools that everyone should use. With this in mind, I have designed various breathing (pranayama) and Yoga posture sequences for people of different capacities—the work on physical, mental and emotional levels.
