I am practicing yoga since my childhood.
After completing my graduation from Venkateswara College Delhi University, I realised my passion for yoga then I decided to serve people through yoga.
I did post graduate diploma in Yoga from morarji Desai National institute of Yoga, MA yogacharya from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University.I cleared UGC NET in yoga.
I worked in kendriya vidyalaya as a yoga teacher for 3 years. I worked in Delhi prison department ( Tihar Jail) as a Yoga Teacher Under AYUSH ministry project .I worked in morarji Desai National institute of yoga as a Yoga Teacher for two years. Presently providing my services on National and International level.
