I teach Physics to students of Class 11 and Class 12, as well as Mechanical Engineering subjects to B.Tech and Diploma students. Although I am new to formal teaching, I bring over 32 years of extensive industry experience in the construction and engineering sector. My objective is to help students develop a strong conceptual understanding by connecting theoretical knowledge with practical applications. I believe that learning becomes far more meaningful when students can relate classroom concepts to real-life engineering situations.

My educational background includes a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Manufacturing Management. I have also completed Instructor Training for ITI students, which has strengthened my teaching and instructional abilities. These qualifications, combined with decades of practical experience, enable me to explain engineering principles and Physics concepts in a clear, systematic, and application-oriented manner.

Throughout my professional career, I have worked on large-scale engineering and construction projects and currently serve as a General Manager at Tata. Leading engineering teams and managing complex projects has given me valuable practical insights into the real-world application of scientific and engineering principles. I enjoy sharing these experiences with my students so they can understand how the concepts they learn in textbooks are applied in professional environments.

My teaching approach is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Before beginning a course, I understand each student's current level of knowledge and learning objectives so that I can create a personalized learning plan. I focus on building strong fundamentals before progressing to advanced topics, ensuring that students develop confidence and a clear understanding of every concept. My classes encourage active participation, logical thinking, and problem-solving rather than rote memorization.

With more than three decades of experience in the engineering industry, I enrich my classes with practical examples, case studies, and real-life scenarios that make learning engaging and relevant. Every session follows a structured lesson plan and includes concept explanations, problem-solving exercises, regular practice, and periodic assessments to monitor progress. To enhance the learning experience, I use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to explain diagrams, numerical problems, and technical concepts in a clear and organized manner.

I offer both online and offline classes, giving students the flexibility to learn in the mode that suits them best. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students not only excel in their academic studies but also develop practical knowledge and analytical skills that will benefit them throughout their engineering and professional careers. I am committed to helping every learner build confidence, strengthen their fundamentals, and achieve long-term success.
