Hi,
I understand this, and I believe the best way to solve is by focusing on reading and listening when you are at home and can't converse in the language. Reading of any kind is suitable for the beginning; it must be consistent. Later on, you could transition to novels or biographies which need committed readers. Similarly, another tool to develop your ear and catch accurate pronunciations and learn new words, an effortless way is to watch a lot of English language films/shows. It takes time, but this is another tool to develop your English.
