How can remove my hesitation? When i start speaking english that time i think what will think other person when i speak wrong grammertical error words

 

It's okay if you are making grammatical error sometimes. You should be confident enough while speaking, that matters a lot.

How can I get the fluency in speaking English? When I talk with my friends in English, that time it is ok but, when I come to my home, I use my mother tongue for communication. In this way, I don't get much time to speak English. So, how to get an English speaking environment?

I will suggest starting making some videos of your own, talking to yourself in, and English narration some incident to your self or your family. It will do your practice at home.
