I am a certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being through mindful and structured yoga practice. Over the past year, I have been teaching yoga to students of different age groups, guiding them towards better flexibility, strength, balance, and inner awareness through consistent and conscious practice.

I hold a Master’s degree (MA) in Yoga and Science and have completed professional training and certification in yoga. My academic background, combined with hands-on teaching experience, has given me a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. This allows me to guide students safely and effectively while ensuring correct techniques and alignment.

My teaching approach blends traditional yogic practices, kriyas, and meditation with modern techniques suited to today’s lifestyle. I believe yoga should be practical, accessible, and adaptable, which is why I design sessions that cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Each class is thoughtfully structured to support gradual progress and long-term benefits.

I specialize in addressing specific health and lifestyle concerns such as stress management, weight control, flexibility improvement, back pain relief, posture correction, and overall physical conditioning. I also conduct pre-natal and post-natal yoga sessions, focusing on safety, comfort, and mindful movement to support overall well-being during these important phases.

I conduct both online and offline yoga classes, offering flexibility based on students’ preferences and convenience. I teach individual as well as group sessions, adjusting the duration, intensity, and pace according to the student’s needs and goals. Breath awareness, proper alignment, and mindful movement are core elements of every session I conduct.

My aim is to help students build a sustainable yoga practice that supports long-term health, emotional balance, and mental calmness. I strive to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged, confident, and motivated to embrace yoga as a way of life rather than just a form of exercise.
