I have been teaching yoga for over 9 years, guiding students of all levels to improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle. Over the years, I have helped students develop discipline, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through regular practice, tailoring sessions to individual needs and abilities.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from Uttarakhand University and have completed a one-year diploma in Yoga Vidya from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. I have undergone specialized training in Pranayama and Meditation, Yogasana, and Advanced Yogasana at the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. Additionally, I am a certified yoga teacher accredited by the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. These qualifications allow me to focus on both therapeutic and traditional aspects of yoga, promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle for my students.

Throughout my teaching experience, I have emphasized the importance of individualized practice. Each student receives guidance suited to their skill level, physical condition, and personal goals. This approach ensures effective learning while minimizing the risk of injury, and it allows students to gradually improve their flexibility, strength, and focus.

I conduct both online and offline classes, making yoga accessible to a wide range of students. My sessions combine practical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation exercises, providing a holistic approach to physical and mental wellness. By integrating traditional practices with modern understanding, I help students experience tangible benefits in their day-to-day lives.

I have actively participated in International Yoga Day events, which gave me the opportunity to promote the benefits of yoga on a broader platform. These experiences, along with my professional certifications, reflect my commitment to maintaining high standards in yoga education and practice.

My teaching philosophy revolves around the belief that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a path to overall well-being. I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to practice consistently and cultivate mindfulness, balance, and inner calm.

For me, the most rewarding aspect of teaching yoga is seeing students transform their lifestyle and gain confidence in their physical and mental abilities. Witnessing their progress continues to inspire me to refine my teaching methods and provide the best guidance possible in every session.
