Your yoga trainer. Let's talk about my yoga journey. I have been a yoga trainer for 3 years and it's being a wonderful journey. Yoga has changed my life completely. Before starting yoga I was a gym trainer and had a lot of health issues. But I started yoga for fun and just for time to pass. After a month I noticed that yoga has changed so many things in my life like my health issues, my stress is getting lesser day by day, it became a calm person. Then after seeing so many benefits and changes, I started teaching yoga to my mom and my family. Then started teaching yoga to some outside clients and got a very good review. After that, I got a certification from the morarji desai institute of yoga, and now I am pursuing my career in yoga. I'll make sure that you'll also get very good results as you are expecting.
