All the beautiful things we feel happy about is felt inside our heart and body. The general perception of yoga to gain physical beauty is a myth. Thanks to a lot of ads, and people who show perfect abs, toned legs hands, face , shoulders adds to our perception. In my three years of teaching I was demaned of was to improve physical appearance through yoga but the actual essence is the inner calculations. You may end up doing , kaka asana, sirsha asana perfectly but as soon as you finish the pactice, your thoughts are back to take you where you have started , thinking is time consuming you can do it all day and night and easily waste years on bed. What I want to deliver is to prepare an individual for any kind of situation mentally and physically. Cause the thing we see as why me ? It happens because the prakriti will do what it's ment to do , and there is "Maya" attraction towards outer space , individuals and many things. An individual who is capable of being consicious even in the middle of getting attracted towards maya is when you achieve goal of yoga practice. If you want to start your yoga journey to be a consicious indidual my class will do exactly that. I like open discussion, practices, we share a lot during
