I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years.

JOURNEY
🔸️My first profession was a shipyard engineer, and for many years, I combined teaching yoga and ship engineering. But since engineering took too much time and did not allow me to practice to the fullest, I left it. I have visited over 100 countries, and now I officially live in Taiwan and teach yoga here.

VISION
🔸️My lifestyle is personal practice is 2 hours of daily meditation, personal asana practice + asana classes for students. I eat only vegan raw food, usually once a day and practice a food pause for 1 full day a week. I also regularly fast, dry, and on water. My personal experience is 15 days without food. For me, this is not a challenge or a struggle; it’s just that “adult” yoga allows me to live without the unnecessary.
When a student comes to practice yoga, he/she has a strong internal desire for change. The student takes a step towards a life where there is more energy and health. But few teachers can explain how to harmoniously change lifestyles so that there are no rollbacks; It’s always easier to teach and inspire when you are passionate about the topic. Of course, I’m not suggesting that to immediately go vegan or try practising deep, multi-hour meditation. A small challenge in changing your lifestyle is enough for a WOW! Effect. My students come regularly and bring friends, and this is what inspires me most to continue my yoga classes.

SKILLS
🔸️Today I have experience in developing yoga studio and wellness centre projects, conducting asana classes (mainly classical hatha yoga with elements of other styles, dance, kirtan, meditation and pranayama), conducting yoga retreats and seminars, and conducting cleansing camps with freshly squeezed juices and nutritional breaks. I also have extensive experience teaching yoga to children in schools.

Words can only inspire to start, but a person can only embark on the path to a healthy and happy life through their own experience.
