Yes, sir, you can start the gym. To reduce fat%, you have to focus more on food intake.( Calories intake). As your fat level will go down your abdominal area will look sharp and toned. For nutrition, focus on a well-balanced diet, and try to have frequent small meals. Also, you should keep the sound quality of fat & protein in each meal.
Starting the day with high-calorie diet-- then move to low-calorie diet as the day passes because metabolism goes slow with the passing days.
You will see good results in 8-12 weeks in your fat level if you work hard and stick to a proper diet.
