I'm a practitioner of yoga for the past 7 years.
Practicing for over 7 years with my Gurus I've trained in Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga styles and have also learned the technique of Vipassana meditation.

I provide online and home sessions.

I have a Masters degree in Yoga(MA) and also a student of Indian Classical Music(FLUTE)

▪️Relaxation through Yoga nidra practice along with flute music as a sound healing process.

I have been helping people with their health for over 5 years now providing private sessions and also having worked as an Instructor at The Yogaguru Institute, Noida.
