I am been a practitioner of yoga for 7 years and teaching the subject as therapy for 5 years
I'm also a student of Indian Classical music (flute) learning at the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi.
I practice and teach Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Mysore style that I'm pursuing under the guidance of my Guruji.
I've completed MA in Yoga,
200 hours TTC,
Certified from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.
What I teach:
Nothing fancy,
Just traditional yogic practices that would help you find balance on and off the mat by working on your body, breath and mind.
I teach Hatha, Ashtanga (Mysore style), the classes would be a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, Shatkarmas and more.
