I am Annie T., an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching experience in English language and communication skills. I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Central Institute of Education and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) from the University of Madras. Teaching has always been more than a profession for me—it is a long-standing passion dedicated to helping students grow in confidence and communication.
I specialize in Spoken English training along with academic English for students from Class 9 to Class 12. Over the years, I have also guided learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them improve their grammar, fluency, vocabulary, and overall communication skills in a structured and practical way.
My teaching approach is interactive, student-centered, and focused on real-world usage of English. I believe that language learning becomes effective when students actively participate, speak without fear, and practice regularly in a supportive environment.
I have experience teaching Hindi-to-English and Malayalam-to-English learners, which has helped me understand the common challenges students face while learning English. This allows me to simplify concepts and explain them in a way that is easy to grasp.
Over the course of my career, I have taught more than 1000+ hours of spoken English sessions, working with students of different age groups. My sessions are designed to improve both academic performance and everyday communication skills.
I also focus on building confidence in students, helping them overcome hesitation and fear of speaking. I encourage continuous practice through conversations, activities, and guided exercises that make learning natural and enjoyable.
For school students, I ensure strong academic support in English by covering syllabus-based learning, exam preparation, and writing skills development. My goal is to help students not only score well but also understand the language deeply.
Ultimately, my aim is to make English feel simple, natural, and approachable for every learner. I am committed to helping students become confident communicators who can express themselves clearly in both academic and real-life situations.
