Arpit Singhal
Medical professional ,so I am a doctor pursuing MBBS and wanted to explore knowledge by teaching .
Prospective arises why do we need oxygen, we should know breathing is a part of respiration so, after inhaling oxygen what we see is it reaches various tissues via blood, in which this oxygen is entering mitochondria for ultimate break down of food that we have taken that handover energy in the form of ATP ( it is like the form of energy by which living system works a sort of chemical with high energy bonds as we can't charge us with electric wires 😅).
So what I just stated can be understood by the reaction -( see this CO2 in reaction explains how carbohydrates ultimately are broken down into smaller simplest form CO2:
C6H12O6 +O2----------CO2+ H2O + energy
More deep explanation as a doctor I can give to you make concept more understanding if you are willing to but depends on in which standard do you read.
