Deciding on yoga style is a personal thing as there are some factors to consider before decide:
Your Goal - what do you want to achieve with yoga either flexibility, stress relief , or spiritual growth
Your body type - if you are flexible you might enjoy ashtanga or vinyasa flow and if you looking for gentler approach then go for hath or yin yoga flow.
Your energy level- if you are high energy might enjoy dynamic styles like power yoga and if you are looking for something relaxing go for Yog nidra .
