Yogi since 2013, I believe in making things easier by Yoga in this complicated world. I m fighting the absolute body taboo and working on perfecting the body, mind and soul with most natural of the asana in Yoga.
I m a proud student of The Yoga guru Institute, and I have completed my 500 hours of Yoga teacher's Training from Yoga Alliance International.
In 2018 I have achieved the Level 2 certification by Quality Control of India, supported by QCI. I m a second-year student of Master of Arts Yoga and Science of Living currently.
Yoga is not about acrobatics; it is about regular life with a meaningful and achievable aim. I endeavour to make people realise the same.
