Data is being called the 'New Oil'. It is the most valuable thing for every company. Companies with huge data also tend to be successful. Take Google, Amazon, Facebook for instance. They're all huge hoarders of customer data and no wonder they are are all so successful. Of course, Just having data is of no use. You need to be able to use that. That is Data science. So, As long as there is data and a problem to solve, Data science will be there too. Data science is being called 'The Job of the century'. read less
