We’re in an era where data rules so, it’s not surprising that data science is a buzzword in the technology world. As we all aware that data science is a field that involves a lot of techniques, designing algorithms, scientific methods to analyse data to understand the phenomena. Data Science is about mining insights from data to solve complex problems, finding resources to carry out data-driven decision making for organisations. It helps companies to make smarter decisions as it forecasts their possible outcomes, threats and risks. We have witnessed that the term ‘data science’ has appeared in several contexts. The truth is, it has helped in several breakthroughs, including tech concept - the Internet of Things (IoT). Looking at the impact of Data Science in the business in recent years, e-commerce, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, biotechnology and banking industries are hunting for data science professionals. According to a report, roughly 97,000 data analytics are vacant in India due to a lack of skilled professionals. So, if you think you have what it takes to become a data science professional, then continue contemplating a career because the future roadmap of data science in India is bright.
