It's good they have practical courses, but be cautious of what they are offering as many plans don't include tools usage and you might have to pay extra for that. You can also learn from data science instructors on urban pro.

Yes, you can. But as we know very well machine learning needs some programming fundamentals as well. So you have to go through a little touch up of programming and algorithms.
