Besides the Python, R and SQL programming languages knowledge, you’ll have to possess several skills such as mathematics, data visualisation, statistics, big data, data ingestion, machine learning (advanced machine learning) and more. Moreover, it is exceptionally crucial to master the fundamentals of data science. Thus, becoming a data scientist in 6 months of self-study is quite tough as there are many skills that you must possess.
