Indonesian generally smaller and weaker physique is never a problem in badminton. While in football, it's always a major problem. Also, in the old badminton rule, the most important physical aspect is stamina. Something that can be trained easily, unlike size and speed which is basically genetic lottery. Badminton is an individual sport. It's easier for a great player to succeed in badminton compared to football because you don't have 10 other players dragging you down. Yes, badminton has double, but it's only 2, even Thomas/uber competition there's only 7 per team and you only need at least 3 great player. Besides, when you look at our double stat, it's rather disappointing compared to single. read less
