Greetings!!!! I am Dr. Pallavi, Assisstant Professor, my research was on leadership and other related variables, i am interested to know if there are any opportunities open for conducting a training program on leadership to managers at corporate level. You can take up these opportunities along with your regular profession however you would need to keep in view the legal clause in your employment contract as to if it allows you to take up external work. Also such assignments mostly happen on weekdays so which in turn can impact your day to day working as any leadership workshop would require a good amount of preparation and content creation. I have been conducting humour-based and value-addition programs for schools, colleges, banks, corporates, summer camps, birthday parties, etc. But, it is becoming increasingly difficult to focus both on marketing the program and conducting the same. Could some of the corporate trainers like to associate, on a revenue-sharing basis, in taking up the responsibility of marketing the programs?
