How do I password protect my files and folders in Windows?

BPO Project Manager

install winrar , very common tool which is not blocked by any antivirus or firewall unlike security app like folder lock now just put in archive and give a password.you can also hide and keep the file in plain view and no one will know options available.

If you have internet you choose it from control panel, if you dont you can download a patch and run it in offline
