Communication is a channel to express our thoughts, ideas and emotions with one or more people.
But communication at times can be tough and turn out to be positive or negative communiation.
An effective communication is saying " negative thoughts, ideas in a positive style, by choosing appropriate words and body language.

Positive communication can be developed by practising few guidelines:

1. Listen not hear : Acitve listening is the top requirement for a positive communication.
Listening carefully and not judging people certainly helps in getting better results in positive communication.
Listen to understand and not to just reply.

2. Think before you speak : Respond not react, always take a pause before replying to anyone for effective
communication, taking a pause before saying enable us to choose our words ,
and understand emotions behind speaker's point of view.

3. Watch out for non-verbal cues: There's is more than just words i.e. non-verbal communication like body language,
voice tone, pitch, eye contact ect. that  helps to us identify the emotions behind speaker's intention
behind saying or reacting.

4. Keep your mind open : keep your mind open to understand other's perspective before responding.

5. positive communication should be  two way process which include sharing clarifications, feedback, opinions and thoughts.
