Self-confidence goes a long way in grooming ones personality. Identify your weaknesses and convert them in to your strength. Reading autobiographies of great men helps a lot. Great personalities make a deep impression on you. To many it becomes a turning point. Organize your time schedule efficiently and cut off unproductive engagements. Be assertive but never aggressive.Convey your thoughts precisely but correctly without ambiguity. It is worthwhile having a role model. Imbibe the good qualities of your friends and relatives; ignore their negative points, if any. There is nothing that you can achieve without discipline.
