If you can speak your Mother tounge then you can speak English also.It is like you need to have input if you want Output. when you put a cd in the Drive the song can be heard only if CD contents Some Songs Copied on it .A Empty CD can not play songs. Same way if you dont have input of English Lanugage...

Same way if you dont have input of English Lanugage on Daily Basis you are finding it difficult to speak. so Listen / read as much as you can.You need to develop skills of thinking in English so ,output also can come in english.Feel free to Talk to me if need more Advice read less

To be good at English Speaking, you need to read and grasp the basic grammar first with the three forms of tenses. So, gothrough any simple grammar book. Next is to practice a lot. Along with the reading of grammar book you need to imrove your vocabulary too. This will come with learning new words daily and practicing regulary. I would like to suggest you to start thinking your all activity in english. We have lot of thoughts coming every now and then. Just think all in english. Slowly you will feel that you are able to speak english fluently and correctly after your sincere reading inputs. Take some expert guidance too. All the best. read less
