Taught tqm and imeb in gct coimbatore for 8 months(2009-2010) -> my students have scored a maximum of 97% in their exams.
All my students still remember as their teacher thou i taught only for short while. in their eyes in their best for what subject I taught.
As a HR into TnD I have contacts with most of my students, through email and social networking sites, as they get back to me for some guidance even now. Career counseling with psychometric tools can be very helpful to find their own interest and achieve a self satisfied future.
But I would a bit of tough task master for my students to make them achieve.
