We are pioneer in the Body Fitness service, started 30 years back. Our Health Club is located in the heart of the city inside our own Hotel Chanma International, very closer to your location (5 Minutes walk-able distance) with all modern fitness facility and equipment aimed at enhancing body fitness, body building, weight reduction and weight gain.
We provide personalized training specifically to suit the individual needs for beginners/ intermediaries and professional body builders. We also provide visual advance training every day for the benefit of our members.
It is a spacious gym with ample private covered parking facility for two/four wheeler. We also provide specialized weight reduction training program which includes strength/cardio vascular exercise and diet plan.

Your BMI is 26 which is above normal 25. Your ideal weight should be 60 to 65. You need to do intensive cardio workouts like running, skipping, cycling and weight training along with low carb diets... You need to involve these to get your desired results....

Your belly fat will reduce concurrent with your total body fat /weight loss, hence you need to do intense cardio exercise coupled with strength training and diet plan. To start with you have to cycling, skipping, treadmill or running workout for one hour daily and specific strength training aimed at belly fat reduction (Free Squat, Lunges, Lat pully, Seated Rowing, 180S Landmine workout etc). In addition to these workouts, you need to have strict control on your food intakes. Big NO to oil foods, sweets, white rice, Junk foods etc.. Instead it can be replaced with fruits, vegetables, brown rice, chappathi, Green Tea. This will certainly reduce your belly fat considerably... Thank you...
