Dear Suman, this problem arises due to two reasons- one is of grammar and the other is of vocabulary. The first arises when you don't understand the meaning and the latter when you don't comprehend the words. The only solution is Practice. Sharpen your ears to native speakers, train yourselfto get used to it. It is nevertheless to practice the accent too which helps you in articulation. If you are already good at these things then start heed to intonation, rhythm and stress. Listen and repeat as much as you can. All the Best!

Practice alone will help you to learn English quickly. Try to articulate in English even if it is wrong, never hesitate to speak out. If you have problem with vocabulary, then focus on it first and then translate all the possible words in English from your mothe tongue. Do not worry of your grammar so that it will boost up your confidence. After all, Speaking English is not a big deal. Everyday practice will definitely help you. All the Best!
