Hi,My name is Mithra..I am 26years old..I studied classical dance at my school days..but it stopped ..Now i interested to continue my studies but unfortunately i have back pain because of delivery..is this possible to continue the class or will it affect my health??

COrrect use of the body through dance and yoga will eliminate your back pain. Hi Mithra, how long is it since you delivered? Depending on the mode of delivery and doctor's approval you will need to first work on your back problem, maybe yoga would help reduce the problem. Then you can certainly pursue dance again. Good luck.

Hi Mithra, it is very much possible to start dancing but slowly you need to start.You can also take docs advice but movements slowly will make you feel better unless you are facing severe back pain. Hope this helps...best of luck for your dance!!

Hi , You can continue your class. As per above detail I think it was C section. Then back pain will be there, you need to do light exercise first. You should not practice and strain during pain. This will help you for your health too.
