Undefined Explanation: On the unit circle, the x-coordinate is the cosine (cos) of the degrees. 270º has the coordinates of (0,-1) but you are asked to find the secant (sec). sec=1/cos(º). and º=270 so 1/cos(270) which equals 1/0. Anything divided by zero is undefined.
