B. Tech. (elec) [IIT/Kanpur - 1978] teaches Physics beyond the textbook.

NEET has syllabus of Class XI and XII. Study class XI subjects with NEET (to clear) as target (and not XI). Similarly when you go to class XII, do it the same way. Start preparing for NEET from to-day.
