What is the difference in writing straight join hand writing and cursive writing?

Straight handwriting means normal English writing which every students writes whereas cursive writing means writing every word without lifting the pen. For E.g. Times New Roman Can be considered as Normal Writing and Lucida Calligraphy (Word.Docx) is Cursive.

Cursive writing is a a pattern in which all capital as well as small letters r written in cursive form. In writing straight join hand writing all alphabets are written in normal form & join together.
