Velocity - Velocity is a physical quantity, both magnitude and direction are required to describe it. Eg. A car is travelling at 10 meters per second heading north. In this example we can understand that the car is travelling at a speed of 10 meters per second and heading in the Northern Direction. This direction makes velocity a vector unit.
