Now how much to recharge for each, will be decided by many factors like, his duration of stay at home, his duration in transit and other intangible and tangible social issues. Thus, Mr.A has to come to a compromise every month on how much to recharge for each. This state of achieving an optimal contentment by balancing varied variables on the consumer's end is what is called as Consumer Equilibrium. read less
