A bag contains 6 nails and 10 nuts. half of the nails and half of the nuts are rusted. if one item is chosen at random then find the probability that it is rusted and is a nail.
SINCE HALF OF THE NAILS ARE RUSTED, THERE ARE 6X(1/2)=3 RUSTED NAILS. TOTAL NUMBER OF ITEMS IS 10+6=16. SO PROBABILITY=3/16
