Start from class 11 quite good for you once you have an idea of board examinations you will be able to know how to mange things in board exams.

To start with,you can touch upon the familiar topics that you have initial ideas.For example,in science it is better to start with carbon and its compounds & periodic classification of elements and build up on it to have deeper insight so as to have a good hold relevant to JEE chemistry.
