Alongside my teaching experience, I have over 7 years of professional experience as a Technical Program Manager. I have completed my Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and have worked on complex technology programmes, product launches, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise SaaS implementations, and cross-functional engineering projects. My professional experience has strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills, which I bring into my teaching.

My professional career has involved program strategy, roadmap execution, technical delivery, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, Agile and SAFe methodologies, SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven program governance. I have successfully managed multiple product releases and strategic roadmaps, led cross-functional teams of more than 30 members, and managed programmes with annual budgets of over $2 million.

I also bring a strong academic and competitive examination background to my teaching. I secured Rank 588 in the AP Engineering Entrance Examination and achieved 96 percentile in CAT. I have also received professional recognition, including an award from the Infosys CEO in 2017 and an award from the Paradise CEO in 2018 for my contribution and performance. These experiences have helped me understand the importance of disciplined preparation, logical thinking, and consistent practice.

My teaching methodology is interactive and student-focused. I first understand the student's current level, learning requirements, and academic goals and then structure the lessons accordingly. My classes generally include clear concept explanations, interactive discussions, practice questions, doubt-solving, and regular feedback. I encourage students to participate actively rather than simply listen, as I believe active problem-solving leads to deeper understanding.

For Mathematics, I focus particularly on building strong fundamentals and developing step-by-step problem-solving skills. I help students understand the logic behind formulas and methods and then gradually move towards more challenging problems. For Engineering Entrance preparation, I focus on strengthening concepts, improving speed and accuracy, and applying mathematical principles to exam-oriented questions. For Science and Computer Science students in Classes 1 to 7, I use simple explanations and practical examples to make concepts easier to understand.

I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to make my classes organised, visual, and interactive. I can also provide specialised Mathematics support for students in Classes 11 and 12, with teaching adapted to their academic level and requirements. My goal is to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practising regularly, and improving through consistent feedback.
