I would like to jot down first few facts about tutors that we as tutors are just as teachers and our responsibilities are more accountable because we deal with the student individually.Its a highly noble profession and let be it.We expect decency .I prefer teaching Nursery[LKG- UKG ] and class 1st and 2nd because I've got lot of material like subject books,exercises and also Story books .
I have run my own Nursery School for seven years in the name-My ABCD Nursery.I used to prepare my own syllabus and patterns for my students as you don't get books in the market that can repeat 10 to 50 times a letter, as ,when, if required.I am not just a teacher,I am the captain of my ship,my students are my cadets.There's a story with every letter,as there is a different story/ technique with every kid.My students have to work hard with me.Drawing ,Rhymes ,Acting goes side by side.I take special class for Story telling.Its a must.In the first year -Its SMALL LETTERS ,CAPITAL LETTERS, HINDI LETTERS,MATH[1-50],Recognizing with pictures,repeated exercises etc.In the second year,its three to four letter words in English that is based on a book reading as well and gradually increasing the word power.

An Excellent Tutor who's profile matched the abilities needed to teach a very young child. She bonded very well with my little one. In way that my child was 100% with her listening, answering and even playing. She was Incredible as my child was picking the the things she taught in playful drawing patterns to which my child was relating so much that give me immense relief that. Yes, there is a Person who can teach what was the need of that hour. Thank You, Mrs.Paramjit'ji for your true Patience and Understanding my child's need. No words for her Matriculated Planning as how to initiate with child's adaptability pace. I was really Impressed how she conducts her session with very preparedness prior hand. I hired her also for my VII class child for English Teaching as I know we don't get Excellent tutors every now and then. I'm glad she was sent by you- Hats off to you, Urban Pro for keeping such Exceptional Teacher with you. I would like to add that it was true, only when you get to see a Trail and some more amount to see the person going alive, you can decide better than believing any of the Review about a Person already made/ given as no one knows the other end story.

I ''ve dealt with both lazy and punctual students.My main interest lies with the students of Ukg who has coveredA-Z, 1-50 or 100, a-z and class 1st students / class Second students.These are the main classes where if the student has missed catching the syllabus, there is 99 to 100% chances of clicking through hard work and hard practice.The second reason is that these students obey and follow instructions whether they like it or not.There may be a kid who is a slow learner or a slow writer, still both the parentsand tutors /teachers share the same hope.
