Basic Science For Primary School

Science is present in every thing around us as well as inside us. It may be in the form of chemicals, molecules, atoms, cell.

Scientifically all things can be devided into natural and man made things where,

1. Natural things are present naturally and no man can made them. Ex: Sun, animals, plants, humans, etc.

2. Man-made things are which are made by man by their hands or in a factory. Man made things are made with natural things. Ex: Cloth, furniture, wool, leather, etc.

Natural things are further divided into living things and non-living things.

Living things have 5signs of life, means they can:

1. Breathe.

2. Eat and drink.

3. Grow.

4. Move from place to place.

5. Reproduce new ones. Like all plants and animals are living things.

But non living things don't have any of these signs.
