(Quality factor) is an unitless quantity. Quality factor can be defined as Ratio of Energy stored by inductor to energy dissipated by resistor which comes to be (wL/R) in case of series RLC circuit & (1/wCR) in case of parallel RLC circuit which is a unitless quantity.
