Why is it so difficult for Chinese to learn English, especially spoken English?

The foundation of both languages have different pillars. One has Water and other has Sand, they doesn't be equal infintely. However, apart from mother languages anyone can learn foreign language using verbal signs.

Because Chinese is very different from all other language and have no similarity among other language,in addition sometimes uts is more difficult to learn other language rather than mother tongue

First of all, Chinese is a tone language. This means that the tone of a word will change its meaning. There are five tones in Mandarin Chinese, so the same symbol can have five different meanings depending on tone.

English, on the other hand, uses tone when it comes to expressing emotion and attitude rather than meaning.
