Organisms which reproduce through budding and fission does not involve fusion of male and female gamets. There is no variation among the parents and off springs, so they are identical copies of parents.

Yes, organism reproducing by fission, budding or fragmentation are copies of their parent. Because its asexual mode of reproduction and only one parent is involves. So whatever genetic material a daughter cell is getting is the exact copy of the parent cell.
