so as we knew 9+9=18 & 9*9=81 it means we can write it like this or by taking common as follows we can write x(x+9)+9(x+9)=0 or (x+9)(x+9)=0 it means either x+9=0 or x+9=0 luckily both eqautions are same here so it means x=-9,-9 the solution or the roots are -9 & -9.
