Simplify: log base 6 (216) + [log (42) - log (6)] / log (49)?
216 = 6^3; log 42 - log 6 = log (42/6) = log 7 ; / log (49) = log 7 / 2 log 7 = 1/2 ; Answer = 3 + 1/2 = 3.5
