At 100°C both liquid and gaseous state are present. these are in state of equilibrium. So at 100°C both liquid water and vapor are present.

At 100°C, water exists both in the liquid state and the gaseous state. This is special condition as there is a state of equilibrium. So at 100°C the physical state of water is liquid as well as vapour.
